The manual spherification process requires the tedious steps of having to accurately weigh and mix ingredients at the right concentration for the pearls to form. Many times, the pearls are of uneven size, shape, and thickness. This project solves the productivity, labor cost, and quality problems with its automated dispensing machine and refill pack system. It only takes 2.5 minutes to consistently produce uniform pearls of any flavor with no gel residue.
