The primary purpose of the CyFinder is to process biological networks that are imported in the form of graphs where each node represents a protein or gene, and each edge represents the interactivity of the objects. CyFinder includes tools to find protein subgraphs, find maximum Cliques and Bipartite Graphs, as well as a quick option to arrange the view of a Bipartite Graph into two columns of Proteins.
