Pinecrest Police Department utilizes physical and manual email means of Be On The Lookout (BOLO) flyer distribution. This is an outdated system that can result in errors, overlooking of information and slow in delivery, which may directly impact the performance of law enforcement agents. Florida International University in conjunction with Pinecrest Police Department has been creating a web based application that addresses the issues outlined by creating a BOLO distribution portal for law enforcement purposes.
